Can you figure out what is wrong?

Here is what is wrong:

The train, which was made up of R142 cars, is normally assigned to the 5 train. The automated announcements and interior LEDs were programmed for the 6 train, but the strip maps were not changed. This train did two round trips on the 6 from Brooklyn Bridge to Parkchester before running light to Bowling Green and then running on the 5 line to Dyre Avenue.
