Long Island Railroad
The Long Island Railroad is the oldest commuter railroad in the United States. It runs from Penn Station, Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn, and Hunterspoint Avenue in Queens out to Long Island destinations such as Far Rockaway, Babylon, Rokonkoma, Port Washington, Hicksville, and Hempsted. A major station is located in Jamaica, Queens.
